Depending on your needs sessions can include massage only (with relevant assessment), somatic practices only (no touch/minimal touch) or an individualized combination of both
Somatic exercises are helpful when:
-you have trouble knowing what messages your body is communicating, or what feels good for you
-you have a hard time recognizing or communicating boundaries (in or out of massage; massage is a great place to practice this with support!)
-feel like there is emotion stuck in your body
-feel overwhelmed and want tools for resourcing or grounding yourself anytime
